Years ago, long before the internet had really taken off (oh dear that shows my age!) if I was doing some interior design, the one high street store I would call at for some cool lighting would be BHS.
In all those years since, nothing much has changed, so when I was asked if I would like to review a piece of lighting from the BHS website, I jumped at the chance. I’ve been on the lookout for an interesting table lamp for the dining room/den for a little while and this one really stood out at me.
The Herby Vessel Table Lamp:
This lamp is just stunning. Much larger than I envisioned at 30 cms x 15cms, when lit it gives a delicate pattern up the wall and across the ceiling. The geometric edges work really well with the more contemporary looking room, and the copper finish is bang on-trend. I love how the rich colour works well with my wall collage and art work, and in the evening it lights this corner of the room perfectly.
The contemporary Herby Vessel lamp is part of the Illuminate Collection at BHS, a selection of modern and interesting lights, including pendant and ceiling lights. I absolutely adore this range, including the very industrial looking pendant shades, like the Dexter Pendant:
At the time of writing, the BHS Home Sale is in full swing, so the Herby Vessel Table Lamp is currently half price at £22.50. And this stunning Dexter pendant is also half off at £100. I am very tempted!

If you want to try something from the Illuminate Range, including my Herby Vessel, check out the selection here.
Thank you to BHS for supplying the lamp for the purposes of the review. The thoughts, opinions and comments expressed are completely honest and my own.
