It’s last minute I know. But check out this wonderful Joseph and Joseph Kitchen Beats Boom Box Worktop Saver ideal for all those cool retro Dads out there for Father’s Day this weekend.I’ve stood it on it’s end here so you can get a good view. Styled in the form of an 80’s boom box player with the mix tape clearly visible my other half is going to love this. I really think this will appeal to any Dad who loves cooking and is of a certain age… ahem. The Dad in our house is a bit of a purist when it comes to music, and is definitely old school at heart. He does own an iPod, pretty much because I bought him a little one for his birthday last year, and he has downloaded some tracks onto it to be fair. But we do have fairly chunky pieces of hifi sitting in the bedroom that he builds, re-builds, dismantles and listens to on occasion. So when I saw this Joseph Joseph Worktop Saver, and was offered one to review here on the blog I knew he would love it.
So, what do I like about this brand, Joseph Joseph and their worktop savers in particular. Well they’re dishwasher proof, made of toughened glass and have those non-slip feet underneath. I’ve used different types of worktop savers over the years, but I’ve never had any problems with the feet coming off on those from Joseph Joseph. They also come with a lifetime breakage guarantee. Impressive. I do like the quirkyness of the brand. The designs are great fun, funky and clever. The colours are bright and they make great design statements in the kitchen. No need to hide these away in the cupboard.
If you like this kind of thing, why not take a look at the Joseph Joseph website at www.josephjoseph.com where you can view their full range of worktop savers and all of the kitchen related products. This one, Kitchen Beats or Boom Box is available for just £10. An absolute bargain for something that is so well made and designed. In my opinion.
Disclosure: I was sent the Jospeh Joseph worktop saver for free to review here on the blog. The opinions are honest, genuine and my own.
