Wallpaper Wednesday: Fayre’s Fair from Mini Moderns

fayres mini moderns

Today’s glorious Wallpaper Wednesday post is showcasing the wonderful Fayre’s Fair Wallpaper from Mini Moderns.

I am a huge fan of the Mini Modern range, and have featured some of their designs on Wallpaper Wednesday before. This one has caught my eye as it gives us families something different, stylish and rather cool with which to decorate our kids’ rooms.

Fayre’s Fair is reminiscent of the traditional fairground, and feaures the retro style carousel we all know and love. Printed in the UK with water based ink, on paper from sustainable forests, it ticks lots of eco-friendly boxes too.

The colours are bold so you might like to highlight a feature wall with this print. Starting at the top, Mini Moderns give us Mustard, which is very on trend currently and would look great teamed with other citrus colours for a zingy looking scheme. Next, there is Heather and Gold, a more subtle colourway with a softer hue, ideal for a baby’s room or any grown up room for that matter. And finally, Lido, a stronger blue, great for a baby boy if you like to follow traditions, but also suitable for any child as they grow older.

The Mini Moderns range is available from their own website, and these designs retail at £45 per roll.

What do you think of this retro, stylish print?

I’m a big fan of Mini Moderns and I love this print! I like the Heather and Gold colourway the best, as the other colours are a bit too strong for my taste – think you would have to have a large room for them to work?

I love this one, the colourways and the pattern are right up my street. We are going to do Miss A’s bedroom later in the year, and this one is definitely on the list now.

Do you have any suggestions for fabrics to match with the heather and gold version?
