This Giveaway is now Closed.
Well it seems this is the week for Giveaways on the blog, and I’m so excited about this one. Farrow and Ball are synonymous with quality, tradition, colour and expertise and when I went to see their International colour consultant Joa Studholme speak back in the summer I was bowled over by their approach to, and love of colour for the home.
Farrow and Ball have been making unparalleled paint colours from their factory in Dorset for many years now, and each batch of paint and wallpaper, however big or small is made there. The product range has grown to 132 colours in a selection of finishes, as well as the addition of Farrow and Ball wallpaper which is made using their water based paint range so it matches and blends perfectly. Furthermore, early next year will see the launch of a new Wallpaper Range that extends the offering further.
So, just in time for those of you who like to spruce up your home for Christmas, or maybe those of you who are planning a room makeover for the New Year, this giveaway is ideal.

Farrow and Ball Paint Giveaway
WIN a Farrow and Ball 5 litre tin of paint in any of the 132 colours, in either their signature matt Estate Emulsion or Modern Emulsion (slightly tougher for areas of high use). Not only that but you’ll also receive a set of Farrow and Ball paint brushes, paint roller and paint tray to help you complete the job.
All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is:

I’d love to makeover the lounge. Magnolia is so dull and Christmas should be atmospheric!
Following you on RSS (I think, took the roundabout route as your link is not working for me)
And following you on Twitter, @PantsToPolitics. Many thanks and kind regards.
My front room – it’s magnolia and boring – and has also been decorated with scrapes and pen marks from my littlest one. He’s just got out of the ‘scribbling on wall’ stage so would be delightful to redecorate now!

For me it would be the kitchen. I spend a lot of time int here with the family baking and making during December, so it would be lovely.

I would decorate my bedroom as its probably the most unloved space in the house because the rest of it is like 7th Bridge and always needs doing (dogs, mud, wet shaking muts!)….poor bedroom I need a beautiful place to sleep…lovely F&B paint would do the trick! Following on Twitter @michelerowan2
The Living room just to freshen it up

I would like to give my bathroom makeover because It’s the only room we haven’t changed since we moved in four years ago.
My dining room so that it can look nice for all our lovely meals over christmas!

the living room as its been far too long the same way
I would love to freshen up my sitting room in time for Christmas as that will be the room getting the most use as it’s my turn to host my family for Christmas. I got a kitten at the start of the year and ou can see small marks on the walls from where he has run into the wall or trid to scratch the paint so it would be great to win this prize.

I would love to give the utility room a makeover, an unusual choice maybe but a ‘forgotten’ room that lets the others down as it is!
The Living Room – it is all Magnolia and looks very tired needs a splash of colour.

My daughters’ bedroom, it looks too young for them now and in dire need of an update.
We started on our dining room last weekend. My OH has now ended up having to strip off all the render, he is planning to have it plastered and decorated by Christmas Day – personally I have my doubts it will be ready! The Farrow and Ball paint giveaway would certainly help a project that started as a small job and has now turned into something so much bigger and so expensive! Maybe we will have the perfect room for our family to eat in! Otherwise it will be around the kitchen table!!
I have subscribed to your RSS feed for the blog xx
Following you on Twitter – @maximumto4 – hoping to win xx
Our bedroom, it’s just plain ugly. It needs a lick of paint, some new curtains and well, a complete overhaul. Some new paint would be a great start and would motivate us to actually get things started

I would love to makeover the bedroom
My dining room would look much cosier painted in one of Farrow & Ball’s authentic colours. It is white which was cool during the summer but now just looks cold. I am trying to create a cosy, welcoming home and I’m sure there are some lovely colours to choose from…
My bedroom. The ceiling recently caved in and as a result I now have one brilliant white wall and 3 seen better days magnolia walls. I want to spruce it up before Christmas and create the nice, comfy haven that a bedroom should be. Especally as I will need it to escape to during the festive season.
I follow on twitter @District12Vamp
I would decorate the kitchen, as my parents are planning to move house, and this is the last room they need to paint and clean before they can move in, so I think this would make a lovely incentive for them. 🙂
We moved into our house 3 years ago and are desperate to decorate our living room, the wallpaper is hanging off and were expecting a new baby next year so i’d love it decorated in time for christmas
I’d love to paint the kitchen so it is cheery for Christmas, as it is indeed the heart of the home.
I would love to paint the kitchen. I just noticed how dreary it looks. Needs brightening up for Christmas!!
our new house is all magnolia so would start with a great coral bedroom
Lucky me, I have a whole house to decorate as I have just bought an old wreck and we are doing it up. So ALL the rooms need a make over! Being able to choose from your fabulous colour spectrum would turn a chore into a delight!
My hallway ! As it’s the first room that you see as you open the front door, its important for it to look good, and it does’nt at the moment .
My little boy’s bedroom as his baby sister needs to move in with him (and out of our room!), and it’s a bit of a boys room at the moment.
My bedroom – it was very dull but has recently been “decorated” by my little grandson with blue biro and green wax crayons!
I would love to paint our spare room before Christmas because it is the LAST room waiting to be decorated in our first home, we bought our place two years ago and have gradually breathed new life into a very run down Victorian maisonette by painting each room in a beautiful Farrow & Ball colour… Elephants breath & Wimborne white in our living room, Cornforth White in the Kitchen and Borrowed light in the bedroom.
We have just got married and the decorating is on hold for now as we can’t afford the supplies…so this would be a great gift to win to allow us to start our married life in a complete home 🙂
My cloakroom : My neice is coming over from Oz for Christmas and it the only room
I have not yet decorated.
I would love to make over our toilet…..it is painted on the top half and wallpapered on the bottom half, and over the years our cats have wrecked the wallpaper – it is tattered! I’d love to get rid of the wallpaper and paint the smallest room in the house in a fresh Farrow & Ball colour. Pretty much everyone who comes in to the flat goes into the toilet at some point, and it would be so nice to have a bright and clean little room for us all to use. It really would make a big difference!
I’d love to make over my daughters bedroom, as she is about to move into our old bedroom , once the loft conversion is complete.
Deep purple is a bit too grown up for a three year old would love to paint her room in Calamine pink.
Has to be the lounge thanks to a little boy adding his artwork to the walls!
I hopefully subscribed to your feed and am following you on twitter
My kitchen needs a real makeover. it looks very tired
My daughters bedroom – as she is spending Xmas with us for the first time in eight years.
I’d love to make over my kitchen – it’s looking very grubby and worn!
I first noticed Farrow and Ball’s distinctive high quality paint when staying at a fabulous bed and Breakfast in the Lake District, I’d love to recreate their high quality finish in my own hallway, especially as we are a family of cyclists and need a high quality washable scuff resistant product!
I have clicked the subscribe by email, hopefully it has worked!
I am now following you on Twitter!
I would love to paint our bedroom. Currently it has 1980s peach walls with a tester splodge of farrow and ball pale hound on the chimney breast. It looks pretty rubbish right now…
My Dining Room because we started it three years ago !
My son’s bedroom, can’t see Santa wanting to go in there the way it is at the moment
My bathroom. Its half finished and it would be lovely to have a beautiful bathing chamber over Christmas!
The bathroom because its got damp growing on the walls, you don’t want Santa to see that now
I’d give my bedroom a makeover as I’ve just moved in to a new home and would love to put my stamp on it.
Followed you on Twitter too @HelloTania 🙂
I would makeover my hall to give my Christmas guests a fitting welcome.
I would makeover my hall to give my Christmas guests a f and b welcome.
Definitely my downstairs cloakroom. When we’ve got visitors at Christmas it would be really nice not to be ashamed of it!
The Hallway, everyone has got to come through it (some for the first time they have been to my house). Its looking a little grubby.
my lounge, we had to have new wiring put in and they made a complete mess of the walls
I’d love to decorate my daughter’s bedroom in her new home.
She is expecting her first baby and she and her partner have a tiny budget and the whole house to decorate.
The bedroom would be their sanctuary where they can shut the door on peeling paintwork and relax and enjoy the baby.
my bedroom – its dull and scruffy!
I would love to paint the kitchen before christmas, its my turn this year and I will be spending most of my time in the kitchen so at least I can admire my handywork!!!
my bathroom because its mouldy!

Our bedroom – it has a feature wall decorated in a swirly green and lemon flower design (it was like that when we moved in) and although I like it as a ‘staondalone’ design it is a nightmare to find bed linen or curtains to match. I’d love to decorate the bedroom in warmer colours.
Hello our Playroom needs a big brighten up and this would nbe PERFECT!
My spare room, it is so drab, I really want it to look pretty for sil when she stays at Christmas
My bedroom as its always last on the list
“With our run-down Kitchen, I`m in a bit of a STEW and things are BREWING when my other half, who never MINCES her words is SIMMERING when she says she wants to FEAST her eyes on a Dream Kitchen”
My hallway the ceiling is quite high so its never gets to be painted this would make a good excuse to be done, and it is the welcome area of the house
The master bedroom definately needs a revamp first. It would be lovely to have the bedroom done before xmas
I’d like to makeover my living room for when I have guests round.
I’d like to sort my little daughter’s room because it hasn’t been decorated since we moved in, and because it was a spare room before, it is just (dirty) white walls and blue/grey paintwork
my bedroom… would hate Santa to pop in till its done 😉
I would like my Living room done.
I’d love to make over our bedroom. The walls were painted a not very nice mustard colour by the previous owners and our furniture is on its last legs. It would be nice to have a peaceful haven to retreat to at the end of the day.
Love Farrow & Ball, just painted my Linen Press for the Kitchen in Cooking Apple Green, would be lovely to finish all the Kitchen Cabinets and paint the kitchen in Farrow and Ball before cooking my Christmas dinner in my lovely Farrow & Ball painted kitchen!!!
My bedroom. I desperately want to see any colour other than cream on the walls!
I’d love to paint it a duck egg/pale blue 🙂
I would like to make over the attic
My living room gets little natural light and needs lots of warm jewel tones (and plenty of indirect lighting) to make it cosy and inviting.
I would love to freshen up the dining room for the new year, entertaining friends 🙂
my bedroom as it hasnt been decorated for 9 years!
We are having to decorate every room because we had the house rewired. The front room would be nice to get done before Christmas
My Living room – to make it (F)antastic, (A)rresting, (R)iveting, (R)adiant,
(O)utstanding and (W)elcoming instead of the (A)imless, (N)eglected (D)esign it has at the moment. I would like it to be (B)rilliant (A)chievement when I have the (L)ook I desire and the the colours I (L)ove.
About to start on the living room and dining room. They need a bit of love and attention having been starved of it over the last ten years…
We bought our first house in March and it was wrecked by the 1970s! We’re doing it up very slowly but we currently have all our clothes on hanging rails, and will continue to do so until we can paint the bedroom. I would love to be able to do that over Christmas (in Clunch, estate emulsion, if you’re asking).
I’d like to make over my living room as I’ve been making changes bit by bit for over a year, but now it needs to be brightened by quality paint and wallpaper.

i would love to re-decorate and paint my hall, its old and messy,i have re-painted twice and still shabby looking which really frustrates me as its the 1st thing people see,if i won i would be over the moon as it totally does my head in!!
Would repaint the hall makingit picture perfect to hang some mistletoe from! Merry Christmas 🙂 xx
Has to be the kitchen it is bare, And is usually a gathering place come Christmas Day
As Christmassy as unprinted plaster is, the dining room in our new renovation project of a home could maybe do with a little lift! The whole house is a wreck with bare floor boards, avocado bathroom suite and a few mousy inhabitants. We have cinnamon candles in abundance to disguise the smell of plaster but some Drawing Room Blue paint for the walls would go down a treat to get rid of the plaster altogether. After all, what’s a family Christmas without a lovely dining room to eat, drink and be merry in? And it would a ray of hope to keep us going until we’ve finished turning this damp old ruin into a warm family home. Pretty please!
Just subscribed to your RSS feed x
My hallway! Would love the luxury of Farrow and Ball paint to create a warm and welcoming space for Christmas. Paint brush in one hand, mulled wine in the other…ho ho ho!
Our bedroom – we haven’t got any matching furniture & haven’t painted the off-white walls since we moved in.
We would like to makeover the bedroom, as we’ve planned to replace a wall and a bare wall is not very romantic. (And the current wall is even worse)
I really need to re vamp my living room before xmas, a lick of paint and new curtains should do the trick!
It would have to be the hall (ok, not technically a room…); it would make such a difference to the atmosphere of our flat if the entrance hall didn’t look so tired and dull.
I’d definitely like to decorate my boyfriends games room ready for the new year. We’ve been in our house almost 2 yrs now and every room is done except that one, purely because of his laziness, but he won’t let me touch it! He is after bold and bright primary colours but its just having the money to do it, so this competition is ideal! This is the only room that lets the whole house down so for it to be completed would be a weight off my shoulders!
The kitchen – it’s north facing and it really needs a warm colour to bring it to life!
The lounge – it is very plain and it would be lovely to make it nice and cosey and to match with the Christmas tree – a lovely warm cuddly room for Christmas and Winter
I have just discovered the colours of Farrow and Ball and they are really country casual and would make my home so comfy and festive for christmas. I am having a special christmas celebration this year and the family are all coming to put their special wishes for 2013 on the tree. The Farrow and Ball colours in my living room and a real fire will make it family festive and distinctly special.
I would love to paint our lounge because we had a flood 🙁
love to decorate the bedroom to make it more homely
My bedroom….it is still very ‘kiddy’ and now I’m 27 it is badly needing redone!
My bedroom,it’s the most boring colourless room in the world and I am desperate for it to look nice.
I have subscribed to the blog by RSS feed.

I’d love my dining room to look perfect for when we all sit down for Christmas dinner
i’m following @crazzzyRaj
My livingroom. If Santa sees it in it’s current state he’ll be back up the chimney quick than you can say ‘ho ho ho-ly moly what a mess’!
I would love to paint my bedroom as it is a blank canvas, it has not been done since the house was built, and its a tradition in the family that we buy new bedding for Christmas, so the room would have a complete makeover.
The dining room – it’s one of the few times of the year when we really utilise the space.
i want my proch made over it is the one room that lets our house down so much and to get it done would be the best xmas present ever
Small bedroom, cats, locked in, scratch, that says it all.
The Kitchen so it would be lovely for crimbo dinner as the orange colour scheme it currently has is quite outdated and off putting for our sprouts!
The room I am desperate for a makeover is my hall because it has not properly been decorated for 25 years. There has been a couple of attempts but they never got finished properly. I’m so ashamed of it. The hall is supposed to be warm and welcoming to people, but mine is very dull, drab and uninviting. It would be a wonderful Christmas to be able to open my front door and have a lovely warm welcoming made over hall, that indeed would be homely especially done with paint that not only looks good, but lasts long. This would be more than a Christmas win, if I am lucky enough, This would be a wish granted that would last a long time and give me what I’ve yearned for for years. Merry Christmas every one
I’d love to be able to paint the living room. We’ve just moved in and its hideous, but we get married in May and it has to wait 🙁
The living room as it’s the one we’ll spend the most time in!
I’d like to do our living room because that’s where we’ll spend most time at Christmas and it could do with a face lift.
