I want to decorate my whole downstairs but I’d do the dining room first. I want to lay laminate and the current skirting will have to come off because it’s only a few inches high. It’s a 70s Allison house and needs updating.
The finishing touch to my bedroom is the skirting which I am still yet to purchase.

Probably the lounge, one of my cats thinks skirting board is actually a scratching post!! Not ideal, so new skirting board will make the room look so much better.

I’d use it in our bedroom as we are missing some.
We are turning a spare room into a snug this spring and changing the floors from laminate to carpet so new skirting boards would be so much easier and smarter than trying to replace the existing ones.
