I love the symmetry, the co-ordinating colours, and the cute chatty snowmen.
It’s simple and effective and was designed by Miss E last week on the computer.
She spends a lot of time on the computer, loves designing, drawing and creating powerpoint presentations. She knows way more than we do already and she’s only 8 years old. She even is her Class Newsletter Editor and uses Publisher to full advantage much to her teacher’s amazement.
We shall be printing these off and sending to our nearest and dearest this week (sorry to spoil the surprise!).
We are also entering her design into the MoneySupermarket.com Design a Christmas Card competition for the chance to win an Ipad Mini this Christmas in the Children’s category. Second and Third prizes are lots of Hobbycraft vouchers, which for this non-crafting mum is my worst nightmare. But hey, I need to make more effort right!
Wish us luck.
I love this Miss E, and I am so impressed by your Publisher skills! That last bit made me laugh Jen, almost as much as when Becky told you to embrace upcycling!

Yeah, it’s all one and the same isn’t it. I’m focusing on my strengths!
Wow, well done Ella, lovely Xmas card. Your Grandad did wonder where his card was from his favourite granddaughter!! Look forward to seeing you over Christmas, love Nanny xxx
That is brilliant. I need to get Z to try Publisher!
no matter how long i sat on the computer, i wouldn’t come anywhere near close to these, so much character and for such a special occasion. Young artistic talent, thank you for sharing ! Merry Christmas !
