I’m not often being chased, but I do dream about being late for a flight or having forgotten to revise for an exam. Mmmm…. I’m pretty sure I know what that all means.

I often have a dream that I am trying to get somewhere but everything goes wrong and I never reach my destination.
I often dream of being unable to talk to somebody that I really want to. They appear but then I get close and then they disappear.
I have quite a few actually! I’ve had dreams about being chased since I was really little. As an adult I started getting dreams about my teeth falling out. I also often dream about the night sky: that I’m standing outdoors, usually in a field, and the sky is filled with colourful galaxies and huge planets and bright stars.

I had a recurring nightmare from age about 10 until my early 20s about being chased by Nazis and usually being caught and tortured. It was horrible, I would wake up screaming quite often. Luckily I don’t have that dream anymore.

That I am cleaning for a friend of my grandmother’s.My grandmother and grandfather are there in the room and go in the kitchen with her for a chat the woman then says that she would like me to vacuum the living room floor and clean the sofas but as long as the floor is immaculate the sofas just need a quick clean suddenly people start turning up and the floor now has changed from laminate flooring to carpets which then ends up having a colourful drawing on it I think she has died but then I’m told she hadn’t I assume I was thinking of someone else and got mixed up only to find she had died and came back to life then lots of white feathers appear from no where and are landing on the living room carpet. It’s a very strange dream as this woman died last year and I got the sofa she had before she died.I had laminate flooring but moved house and got the same carpets that were in the dream for my new home and I also have a different sofa now but keep seeing white feathers laying on the floor of my living room carpet.

I used to have a really bizarre recurring dream when I was younger. Every Christmas Eve I would dream that Thomas the Tank Engine took my mother away, and when she came back she was a man! Had it every year until I left home. So strange!

I don’t have one now. When I was a child, I had one where I was walking down a street filled with trees covered in pink blossom and then I looked at the ground and realised it wasn’t blossom, it was fairies! There on the ground was a squashed fairy! Then, at the end of the road was a bridge over water around a castle and all the blossom/fairies were floating in the air above the water. (I had this dream enough times that I still remember it vividly).

I have 2 dreams that come up time and time again. The first is a desperate search for a toilet, only the ones I find don’t have cubicle doors, or I can’t get in them for some reason…of course I’m always waking up bursting for the loo! (just glad that I do wake up hahaha) The other is frantically trying to make some kind of emergency phone call and repeatedly getting the numbers wrong when I’m pressing them on the phone.

I have a continual dream about packing cases in a hotel room to come home fro a holiday. Nothing will fit and the plane is leaving and i’m in a constant state of panic.I also dream about my teeth falling to pieces in my mouth regularly.
For over 3o years, every single night I dreamt I was trapped in a room or building and the exit doors were blocked by snakes, then in other dreams it was my mum and dad holding the snakes…ready to ‘get me’ they would pretend to be okay and then produce the snakes. This dream was followed by a lion or a horse kicking and clawing my back or my trying to crawl through boxed openings that got smaller and smaller till I couldn’t escape. I would wake several times a night from each nightmare – terrified.

At the moment I’m having 3/4 different dreams every night – one of the joys of pregnancy! Mainly they are baby related. Lots of strange ones about the scans. The weirdest being at the scan the sonographer couldn’t take the standard b&w image but a photo instead. Our baby had an adults head with a full on beard. Funny & strange!

I had many reoccurring dreams as a child I had reoccurring dreams of horrible things named hells. They had white curly hair and red eyes and they were wearing white clothes and chased me with knifes. This reoccurring dream hunted me until I was around 10 years old. More recent reoccurring dreams have been of being chased by wild animals that just seem to come out of nowhere. There was one that lasted for weeks about being attacked by a black panther and most recently was the one about being in at a railway station except no trains were coming or going and there was no way out. I have such lovely dreams lol 🙂

going to Paris! Once a month I go to Paris in my dreams, nice!
My most common one it that I’m running and I trip, instead of hitting the ground I hover about four foot off the ground and I can travel round like this horizontally, waving my arms to go faster. Like I’m swimming in the air…..probably watched The Snowman too many times!!

I’m always dreaming that there’s a spider dangling above my face as I sleep. I wake up waving my arms about madly.
I have most of those dreams mentioned – falling, missing a bus, being chased, even losing teeth. Not sure what they mean though.

I am really busy at the moment and feel totally disorganised. I’m worried about forgetting something and must go to bed thinking about it because I keep dreaming about forgetting one of my children and leaving them somewhere. It’s horrible and I wake in a panic!

i always dream of blackpool for some strange reason prob because thats where i spent alot of my childhood.
I haven’t had a recurring dream in a while but when I was pregnant last year I always use to dream that a venomous snake was chasing me!

I have very obscure dreams, but never the same one twice.
I often dream of flying or falling which freaks me out, I am terrified of heights.
I often dream I have to complete some extraordinary feat such as climbing a mountain or walking a tightrope.
I have dream where I can fly but it’s not flying like birds fly but more like swimming through the air … generally a pleasant experience … but sometimes I fall and this falling wakes me up … 🙂

i always have a recurring dream where i am being chased by a man i dont know and i run up a tenement chapping every door which is ignored until i chap the last one,at the last moment just before the man gets to me my grandmother answers and pulls me in to a big open plan lobby…. its strange because she passed away a few years ago and she lived in the area in my dreams when she was young in a tenement but not since i was born she lived in different area and totally different house and iv never seen pics of her childhood tenement…ooohhh creeping myself out now

i always used to dream that i was shopping with my mum in kwik-save and my dad was always behind that flappy door that was the entrance to the chilled storage area, but i could never get through it even though it wasnt a solid door 🙁

When I was younger, I used to dream that whilst travelling home by car down country roads at night, we had to stop for me to “go behind the hedges” (I was only about 6) and this lion/tiger was coming across the field towards me – I always wake up in a bath of sweat before it gets to me though. Not quite sure what it meant.
