Scandinavian Prints from EmeryBloom

EmeryBloom Wilderness printI have a few new editions to my office desk, courtesy of emerybloom of Sweden. They very kindly sent me two stunning prints from their selection that work beautifully with the office decor. If you want to see the office in more detail, then check out the makeover post HERE, but suffice to say it’s a blessing working in here every day, and I’m thrilled to have some new artwork to adore too.

Emery Bloom Scandi printemerybloom is located in Sweden, and contains a unique selection of Scandinavian art prints. Set up by Gareth Emery, originally from Wales, and his Swedish wife, the collaboration gives Gareth a chance to go back to his offline roots, and work purely with prints. All of the artwork in the emerybloom collection is made either by Gareth, his wife or family.

They believe passionately in sustainability, and all their prints are made on 100% cotton. Using cotton adds no further impact to the environment; the paper being made from a bi-product of the textile making process.

I chose to add two different prints to my office, Dusk and Wilderness simply because the colour and pattern caught my eye, but if you like the minimalist Scandi look in your art work, there is plenty more to choose from in the range.

Both prints arrived beautifully wrapped and stamped, a lovely touch I think, and fit into standard frames. I picked up some inexpensive ones at The Range, and they look stunning. The larger print, Wildnerness is a 30x40cm (£46) size, whilst Dusk is an A4 (£17).

What do you think of emerybloom? I’m incredibly pleased with the look and feel of the prints, and think they’re reasonably priced too. Postage from Sweden is around £10.

Disclosure: I was sent the two prints to feature them on the blog, however all comments and opinions are genuine and I only work with partners that I love.
