Relaxing at Ede Hall Day Spa Nottingham

Spa Day Eden Hall

A blogger is never having time off, not even when relaxing at Eden Hall Day Spa in Nottingham.

Well, that’s all part of the fun right? Penny, from A Residence is enjoying the beautiful conservatory decor and relaxing surroundings on a recent spa trip.

Eden Hall Day Spa is a favourite place and somewhere we’ve been before, in order to relax and unwind. This time we visited, along with Becky from A Beautiful Space and Amanda from The Ana Mum Diary on the wonderful, new Wild Rose Spa Day Experience.

The sun was shining, and from inside it could have been a bright Spring day. It was just the tonic after a busy Christmas, and slow start to January, and lovely to reconnect with friends and catch up on the news.

Eden Hall is situated just 15 minutes outside Nottingham, in the countryside. A beautiful listed mansion built in 1875, both the strking grounds and stunning decor make this a very special location. You feel yourself start to unwind as soon as you walk through the door. We always start our day with a coffee in the bright and airy palm conservatory, before taking a dip in the saltwater vitality pool and experiencing the delights of the outdoor hot tub.

The Wild Rose Spa Day Experience is currently available this January (Sunday-Thursday) and costs just £99. As well as full use of the vitality pool, water therapies, heated rooms, gymnasium, exercise and relaxation classes and the chillout areas, you are also treated to a Wild Rose Facial.

In the name of a good review, I also tried a mini version of the facial, and was amazed! It was truly the best facial experience I’ve ever had. Pitched as a rejuvenating and hydrating facial, the aim is to restore the natural radiance you’ve lost in your skin throughout the cold winter months.

Lasting 25 minutes, the skin is cleansed and toned followed by an exfoliation with the rose exfoliating cleanser. Then, my favourite part – the anti ageing massage using Aromatherapy Associates Nourishing or Revitalising Oil (depending on the needs of your skin). At this point, the oils had really started to relax me and the massage felt divine. The treatment was then finished with an application of Triple Rose Renewing moisturiser and Firming Eye Serum. Just wonderful.

The of course, there’s the 3 course lunch. With options such as Red Onion Tart, and Eve’s Pudding, there’s something for everyone on the menu. Treat  yourself to a full selection from the salad bar, delicious breads and a glass of wine too if you like.

Having visited Eden Hall Day Spa several times, both personally and as a blogger, I’ve only ever had a superb experience. So why not treat yourself and a friend this January, and go and try out the Wild Rose Spa Day Experience. Of course, there are lots of other packages to choose from, with a ‘Love Is’ day package available in February, and a Detox package – Fresh and Fabulous – available throughout January and February.

You can visit the website to make a booking or call direct on 01636 525 555.

I love this place so much and am very overdue a visit. The sound of a Wild Rose spa package is appealing too as rose is my favourite scent. Hubbie got some voucher for Eden Hall for Christmas so I will have to join him on a well deserved relax! Love your photos and oh the food! xxx
