Joseph Joseph Elevate Carousel Review

I’ve been a long-time fan of Joseph Joseph products in real life and on the blog. I’ve bought many pieces from them for my kitchen over the years, and was once even featured in a Brand magazine talking about my love of the products. But that’s a whole different story.

So, when I was contacted by the company themselves and asked if I’d like to try something out for the kitchen I jumped at the chance.

I already have the mixing bowl set, the chopping boards, several worktop savers, sieve spoons, the ricer , salt and pepper set and more! What’s left to try you might say. Well, how about the Elevate Utensil Carousel?

kitchenI’d grown tired of my pot of utensils recently. There never seemed to be enough space in there, and we just constantly filled it up with pieces that didn’t need to be there. It was time for a declutter and some streamlining of the kitchen utensils. The pot has gone, and most of the things in it have been redistributed.

I’ve been using it in the kitchen for a few weeks now and here’s what I like:

  • The utensils are solid and exceptionally well made. They’re thick and durable with lovely handles so they feel good in your hand when you’re using them.
  • They’re heat resistant up to 200 degrees so perfect for using on non-stick pans when cooking.
  • The utensils lie on the worktop on their own little stand, as they have a weighted handle so no more messy benches. Genius. I do love how Joseph Joseph always comes up with little innovations like this.
  • They can go in the dishwasher. I lie them in my top rack and they come out spick and span.

The set contains:

  • Soup ladle
  • Slotted spoon
  • Spaghetti server
  • Solid spoon
  • Slotted turner
  • Flexible turner

The rotating carousel is made from tough ABS plastic and has a non-slip base, perfect for storing on the kitchen worktop.

Retailing at £65 it’s quite an investment for some kitchen utensils I know. BUT if you love the brand, and want something durable and beautiful in your kitchen, this is well worth it.

The carousel was gifted as part of this review, but all opinions and comments are genuine and honest. Thank you for supporting the blog partnerships.

Love Joseph Joseph too! And I can see you have the same chopping board set hiding in the background.
I have grown up a bit and diversified from their green and grey items so I have turned my attention to the grey and grey/silver!
I hadn’t seen the elevate utensil thingy in these more ‘grown up’ colours, and the metal handle detail makes them a bit more special.

Hmmm. New kitchen, new utensils me thinks!
