Wonderful Wall Art Inspiration

One of my favourite and most popular Pinterest boards, is the Love Wall Art collection. This board started simply out of my love for creative and diverse ways to decorate walls, from DIY tutorials, to wall collages and Instagram images and so much more. It’s become a place that I love to browse through, particularly if I’m looking for inspiration for my own home, and a resource for discovering other bloggers too.

I thought it might be a good idea to inspire you with some of these amazing images and ideas, and showcase some of my favourites from the last month. With over 700 pins on the whole board, there’s plenty to choose from.

Leafy Prints:

Ideal home show display

This one caught my eye recently. Pinned from The Ana Mum Diary following her visit to the Ideal Home Show, it’s from a brand display and I love the styling. Bang on trend, with the dark walls and leafy prints, I love the repetition and symmetry, the smaller prints creating one larger display. I’m really inspired to give this a go at home on one of my darker walls. You can find out more from Amanda’s trip here.

Homemade Wall Art:

White Approach wall art

There is so much DIY wall art around that it’s hard to choose a favourite, but this one from The White Approach really inspired me. It originally appeared on my Love Home Bloggers pinterest board, but I thought it worth pinning onto Wall Art too. I think it’s the bright, light sunny nature of the painting that really inspires me. It reminds me of beaches, summertime and fun in the sun and I wouldn’t mind having this on my wall at all. Karen created this herself and you can find out more here.

Birds on a Wire:

Bird-Plate-Wall

Not all wall art has to be in the form of pictures and canvases, but you knew that, right? I used to love the plates my Mum would hang on the walls when we were young, and it’s becoming a trend once again (she should never have taken them down really!). Check out this really funny blog post, along with the very simple tutorial on how to create this effective plate display. Ticking the home interiors monochrome trend too, it’s a definite winner from Thistlewood Farm.

So, there are my favourites from the last few weeks, why not hop over to the board and see if there are any that inspire you, and don’t forget to come back and let me know in the comments below.

I love them all too! I think a collection of various art is great e.g mixing abstract with nature, photos and typography but keeping it in the same tone like similar frames adds personality and uniqueness to any space.
