Design: Concrete Marbled Planter

Today, I’m sharing a little project with Becky from Thrifty Home, Penny from A Residence and Amanda from UK Lifestyle blog The Ana Mum Diary, where we each show you a product and we’d love to know which one you prefer. For our first post, we’ve chosen the theme of planters and as all of our styles are very different, we’re sure there’ll be something for everyone.

If you follow me on Pinterest, you’ll know I love the new trend for succulents. My love of anything concrete is also growing, and with the emerging marble trend picking up some interest, I couldn’t resist these amazing little planters on Etsy.

Handmade, weather-resistant and unique, these very cute little pots are made from hand mixed porcelain cement and come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Prices start from about £10.

What do you think? Do you like mine?

Or perhaps you prefer these on Thrifty Home, A Residence or The Ana Mum Diary – choose from vintage, bargain or maybe something more eclectic. Let me know in the comments below.

Ooo we are on the same lines Jen – I love succulents too – but I’ve gone for a more rustic look. Love them on the slate – we just bought a set of slate place mats and they are fab.

I think they’re quite little but nice for a patio or the garden table.

I love these, perfect for succulents – grouping them together gives them loads of impact too. I like that they are quite small, it makes it easier to have them as a table centrepiece.

It’s interesting how succulents are so popular. I do like their symmetry and their colour. I’ve always liked plants in ‘pots of three’ too, three is a good, positive number. Concrete is a good planter choice because of the way it reacts to water, you can practically make a different planter every day by drawing your own water patterns on their dry surfaces!

These marble planters are so beautiful – love them!!! They have a real Scandi look to them, have been looking for some planters to add to our living room – these would be perfect
