    1. definitely a quick shower, have it cold for as long as i can take too with my cold shower playlist on. bath in winter when i need warming up and relaxing

  16. I love a nice long soak in a bath, as i suffer from painful osteoarthritis of the hips. I’ve been battling to loose weight for the last year, to be accepted for a hip replacement op. Finally, I’m able to get in and out of my bath again, so it’s even more of a pleasure!
