Welcome back to the Love Chic Living giveaways! It’s been a while since we ran one but we have a wonderful collaboration at the moment with Summit at Home, who have kindly offered one of their amazing wellness desk chairs as a prize.

After 18 months of solidly working from home, I am only too appreciative of a good office chair.

When Summit At Home got in touch and asked if I’d like to review one of the gorgeous chairs, and offer one as a prize on the blog, I was only too happy to give it a go.

I love the opportunity of trying out the product before recommending them to you in a giveaway.

So here are my thoughts on my new Summit at Home Office Chair:

Office Chair Review:

Firstly, allow me to tell you a little about Summit At Home chairs and why I chose to work with them.

Their range of chairs are specially designed with your WELLBEING & COMFORT in mind.

Regular movement is recognised as vital for your spine, so they developed a concept called DYNAMIC SITTING.

Each of their unique chairs can be adjusted whilst you’re seated enabling you to constantly move your position as you work.

With over 45 years experience they are the chair experts.

All of their chairs are British made delivered direct to your door, fully assembled to your comfort specifications, in 10 working days. And they come with a 5 year guarantee.

I think that says enough, right?

I’d been using a very hard chair at my desk, giving me a very sore back. Prior to that I’d been using a dining chair!

My New Summit At Home Office Desk Chair:

I have chosen to try an Ovair wellness chair in Pink, with adjustable armrests and a memory foam seat. I also asked the company if they could make it in an aluminium base and they obliged. If you’ve got a request, just ask.

There are a couple of reasons for my choices.

  1. I get very hot in my small office! The mesh back of the Ovair design helps keep me cool.
  2. I love the pink!
  3. It has a lumbar support and generally looks great.
  4. The memory foam seat is so comfortable.

The precisely tensioned back mesh will maintain a comfortable temperature all day long, our body balance mechanism  allows you to free float with ‘dynamic sitting’ which responds naturally to your movement, whilst the inbuilt lumbar support helps to maintain a healthy, S shaped spinal curve.

  56. Ooo its tricky to choose, I was leaning towards the Dauntsey as I like the aesthetics of the chair and unusual shape! But as it should ultimately be about the most comfortable chair as I sit on my laptop for hours at a time, I would have to choose the Sensit in Calender Pink with arm rests and black wheels, as it has the amazing airbridge technology! The quiz tells me this is the one for me and after reading the Osteopath Katies 5 top tips, the Sensit ticks all the boxes too! I also noticed that Katie was sitting on a chair with one of the little balloons for inflatable lumbar support, so it seems wise to follow her expertise! I love that you can adjust the air pillows…I’ve always wanted to sit on a cloud and I think this might be the closet thing!
