I’m sure you know by now, that I love the Scandinavian minimalist look for the home.
I don’t necessarily manage to recreate it fully in my own home, but I love covering it here on the blog. I recently created a complete eBay collection around a cosy, Nordic living room which was huge fun.
So when I was asked to take a look at a Scandinavian, but UK-based company called VOGA.com, I jumped at the chance.
VOGA.com creates iconic designer furniture reproductions at a fraction of the original cost. By sourcing the materials, designs and manufacture themselves, and effectively cutting out the middle man, they keep costs incredibly affordable.
Scandinavian Christmas Trend:
Trends for a Christmas home vary greatly, but one thing we’re seeing a lot of this year, is the trend for a Scandinavian interior. VOGA.com has put together some ideas for how add to this look with pieces from its collection.
So, if you’re fancying a little update to your home before Christmas gets going, why not take a look.
I’ve been updating my dining table with a gorgeous pair of Charles Eames style DSR Chairs which VOGA.com sent me last week, and I couldn’t be happier. Even my husband commented on the quality of the product, so it must be good! They’re so solid and well made, and so much better than the inexpensive chairs we were using. If you were to buy the originals, it would cost a lot more than the £84 (at the time of writing) that they cost on VOGA.com.
What do you think? Could you use some of these in your home? I think they make a great statement chair too, ideal in a bedroom, or corner of a lounge as extra seating.
And watch out for a great giveaway I’m going to be running with VOGA.com in January where we going to offer one statement chair as the prize.
Thanks to VOGA.com for sending the chairs for the purposes of this article.
